Do you want to work in a welcoming and pleasant workplace with a high degree of variation in your tasks? Now you have the opportunity to work as an Administrator within the Assistance and Health department.

In the role of Administrator with us, you are a key administrative support. You report directly to the Unit Manager of the Assistance Unit and support both managers and employees.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

  • Administration in IT systems
  • Personnel administration
  • SAMSA
  • Orders and invoice management
  • Generating statistics and recruiting substitutes

As an Administrator, you will have a function that involves providing good service to both internal and external contacts through personal meetings as well as via phone and email. This position is a shared role where you work towards both the Nursing Unit and the Assistance Unit, as well as to some extent other operations at Forellen.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have completed upper secondary education and have very good knowledge of the Office package. You are an experienced system user and have experience working in Heroma, SharePoint/Teams, Proceedo, or similar systems. Furthermore, you have experience in developing and improving administrative routines, as well as an interest in contributing to the continued development of administrative work.

You have experience working in SAMSA and have at least one year of experience from an administrator role. It is an advantage if you have previously worked in the public sector.

As an Administrator with us, you need to be able to plan, organize, prioritize, and follow up on your work in an effective manner. You enjoy collaborating with others and have a talent for creating and nurturing relationships. For you, it is natural to act in a service-oriented manner with the willingness and ability to take initiative, help others, and deliver solutions by staying one step ahead. You will have a key function when it comes to solving quick issues but also supporting the unit with planning.

Your new workplace

The Care and Social Services Administration consists of four departments: Assistance and Health, Functional Support, Elderly Care, and Support and Development. Assistance and Health will change its name to Health and Authority during the autumn to better reflect the existing Social Services Act. The Care and Social Services Board is politically responsible for the administration's work. Our operations involve providing care, support, and service to elderly people and to people in need of functional support. We also perform certain health and medical care. The vision is, among other things, that our interventions should be carried out safely, securely, with dignity, and with influence.

We are approximately 850 employees who have our workplaces around the municipality, and we are a mix of, among others, support assistants, nursing assistants, nurses, support pedagogues, assistance handlers, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists.
